Install on Shopify, in about 10 minutes
- Start your free week. Your dashboard shows your line with your key already in it.
- In Shopify admin, go to Online Store › Themes, open the theme menu and choose Edit code.
- Open
layout/theme.liquid, paste the line just above</body>and save. The dashboard detects the install by itself.
What neb does on your store
- Answers from your pages only: your product pages, size charts, and your shipping and refund policy pages.
- Speaks the shopper's language, at 3am as well as at noon.
- Sends you a morning report: what shoppers asked, and what your pages couldn't answer.
What it will never do
- Invent a price, a fact or a discount code you never created.

Which languages does it answer in?
The shopper's own. neb answers in the language the shopper writes in, from your pages.
What if the answer isn't on my pages?
neb says "I don't know" instead of guessing, and the question goes into your morning report so you can add the answer.
How much is it, and is there a free trial?
Starter is $50 a month, with 7 days free. A card is needed to start the free week: it is charged only after day 7, and if you cancel before then you pay $0. Pro is $250 a month for larger stores.
