Install on WooCommerce, in about 10 minutes

A WordPress plugin with a Connect button. Works with or without WooCommerce.

  1. In WordPress, go to Plugins › Add New › Upload Plugin, choose neb.zip, then Install Now and Activate.
  2. Go to Settings › neb and press Connect to neb. Your key is filled in for you and your WooCommerce products sync automatically.
  3. Choose the chat button position and whether neb shows on all pages or on product pages only, then save.

neb is not loaded on the WooCommerce checkout.

neb says "I don't know" instead of guessing, and the question goes into your morning report so you can add the answer.

How much is it, and is there a free trial?

Starter is $50 a month, with 7 days free. A card is needed to start the free week: it is charged only after day 7, and if you cancel before then you pay $0. Pro is $250 a month for larger stores.
