How it works
- It reads your home page, then the pages your site links to and lists in its sitemap, policies and help pages first. It respects your robots.txt.
- For thirteen questions shoppers commonly ask (delivery time, shipping cost, returns, refunds, sizing, payment, contact and more), it finds the sentence on your pages that answers it and quotes it with a link to the page.
- It never writes an answer of its own. A question your pages don't answer is listed as missing.
