Install on Webflow, in about 10 minutes
- In Webflow, open Site settings › Custom code.
- Copy your line from the dashboard. Your store key is already in it. Paste it into Footer code.
- Save and publish the site. The dashboard detects the install by itself.
What neb does on your store
- Answers from your pages only: your product and CMS pages, FAQ and policy pages.
- Speaks the shopper's language, at 3am as well as at noon.

Will neb slow down my Webflow store?
No. neb loads after your page has loaded, so it never blocks it. On a Google Lighthouse test the page scores 100 with neb and without it: no added blocking time, no layout shift.
Which languages does it answer in?
The shopper's own. neb answers in the language the shopper writes in, from your pages.
What if the answer isn't on my pages?
neb says "I don't know" instead of guessing, and the question goes into your morning report so you can add the answer.
How much is it, and is there a free trial?
Starter is $50 a month, with 7 days free. A card is needed to start the free week: it is charged only after day 7, and if you cancel before then you pay $0. Pro is $250 a month for larger stores.
