On a Shopify store that installs neb as a Shopify app, Shopify runs the free week and the $50 appears on your Shopify bill. Remove the app before day 7 and you pay $0.
Yes. The 7-day free week starts when you create your account, and a card is needed to use it. Nothing is charged during the week. Cancel any time before day 7 from Billing and you pay $0.
If you do nothing, neb keeps working and your card is charged $50 a month for Starter. To stop, cancel before day 7 and you pay $0.
From Billing in your dashboard, with no call and no form. During the free week the cancel takes effect at once and you pay $0. On a paid month, neb keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged although you cancelled before day 7, email hello@neb-app.com within 30 days and we refund that charge in full. When you cancel during a paid month, the rest of that month is not refunded, because neb keeps working until it ends. The full policy is in the terms.
Stripe tries the card again over the following days and neb keeps answering meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and neb stops answering until you subscribe again from Billing. Your dashboard and data stay.
