How this works
A monitor outside our server checks every hour that this website, the chat service, the widget script, the merchant dashboard and the HTTPS certificate respond correctly. Its latest result, and our server's own checks, are shown above. When a check that stores depend on fails, we email every merchant with a live store, and we email again when it is fixed.
This page is served by the same server as neb. If neb is completely down, this page will not load either: that itself means there is a problem, and we are already being alerted. If you need us, email hello@neb-app.com.
