Who makes this
neb (by OneDai) sits on every page of an online store and answers shoppers' questions in a chat, from what the store's own pages say, at any hour and in the shopper's language. When the pages don't answer a question, it says it doesn't know and notes the question for the store's team. This download works on its own, without neb.
