What you get
On Shopify and WooCommerce stores, the dashboard shows orders after a chat: orders placed by a shopper who chatted with neb on your store in the 7 days before.
- By conversation marker: the order carries the chat's id (on Shopify as a cart attribute the widget sets; on WooCommerce as order data the neb plugin sets).
- By email: a shopper left that email in the chat during the window.
What it does not claim
It shows that a chat came before the order, not that neb caused it. The dashboard says so next to the numbers. The shopper may have bought anyway.
