What you get
neb can call a web address of yours when something happens in the chat, so your own systems, or any tool that accepts a webhook, can react.

Check that it came from neb
Every call carries a Neb-Signature header: t=<unix seconds>,v1=<hex>, where the value is an HMAC-SHA256 of <t>.<raw body> with your endpoint's secret. Reject calls whose t is old.
Retries
If your endpoint does not answer successfully, neb retries with growing waits, six attempts over about ten hours. A delivery that has been sent drops its content, and records older than 30 days are deleted.
Zapier and similar tools
There is no dedicated Zapier app yet. A tool that gives you a webhook address can receive these events; it will not check the signature unless you add that step.
